After nearly three decades of walking construction sites and managing build timelines, I know exactly what to watch for and when to speak up.

Here's what most people don't realize about building new: It's not just about picking finishes and waiting. There are inspections at every stage, timeline changes that can throw off your whole plan, and builder contracts that need someone in your corner who actually understands construction.

I work primarily with Mattamy but have experience with builders across the region. I'll help you navigate everything from lot selection to final walkthrough, coordinate with builders' schedules, and make sure quality standards are being met at every phase.
